"Audible Stellar Hypnotic Situations" A>S>H>S

From 2000 - 2006, I participated as a front man, using turntables, in a Band titled ”Audible Stellar Hypnotic Situations” or ASHS. A>S>H>S first started as a full Improv band, playing music festivals, venues and other miscellaneous live venues for many years. In 2006, We recorded an album at Sugarhill Studios in Houston, TX, and had the pleasure to work with Engineers: John Griffin, and Dan Workman to produce our debut Album.
My role in the project was to narrate the Audio Atmospheres, and tell interesting stories using collected samples via Turntables (Scratch DJ). My time creating electronic music with percussion was a life changing event.

"Turntablist” - Battle DJ

Before the A>S>H>S Band Experience, my Scratch DJ career was elevated around the year 2000 upon attending Scratchcon in San Francisco. I had the opportunity meet and perform with many Turntablist Professionals like Dj Qbert, Mix Master Mike and Craze, inspiring me to the next level and provide me with an invaluable perspective of music creation methods. This lead to a few years of DJ battling and competition, which was a tremendous amount of fun.
