AltspaceVR | Microsoft Studio C | Cognition
Quality Assurance Engineer | Game Art Assets & Design

AltspaceVR (Cognition) was my most recent project at Microsoft Studio C. My primary role was QA Engineer, but wore many hats on the project due to the small size of the team. Working with my design hat on, I had the opportunity to work with the Art Department of AltspaceVR and assist in creating the overall look and feel of some of the Virtual Reality Environments. I worked on “Street Hoops” , “Comedy Club” and “The Summit” spaces, for Users to utilize for their events. For “Street Hoops” I Illustrated custom Graffiti pieces reading “Altspace” and “Together”, and for “Comedy Club” I created Musical Instrument art within the assets of the framed Artwork on the wall .

Windows 10 Photos! | Microsoft Studio C | Evoke
Software Test Engineer

Designing User flow for large scale Software is one of my passions. During my Test Engineer phase on the Windows Core Team (Evoke) for Windows 10 Photos!, I often worked with developers to create different impacting Designs. One of my largest Design Suggestions was the recommendation of adding an interactive area to the Photos! GUI framework, allowing the User to resize Main Gallery thumbnail Images. This new addition allowed Users, especially with large image collections. to sort the images in the Gallery much faster, by changing the physical size of the Gallery displayed thumbnail. This suggestion was successful in the experimental phase, then implemented to Windows 10 Live Users.

Microsoft Next-Con - Art Show - Studio C

Studio-C had many interesting activities that showcased everyone’s individual skills. To illustrate this, the org leader Kudo, was always planning thoughtful events for employees. This allowed everyone to view your skillset, outside your work at Microsoft. In this event, NEXT-CON, the goal was to showcase the skills you once had, before you evolved into your recent position.

Microsoft GIVE Charity Live Auction

Working at Studio-C, I was involved with raising donation money for Local Charities in the Seattle Area. The GIVE charity is a yearly event at Microsoft and I am proud to participate in such a positive event.

GLITCH ★ STREET
Clothing/Print Design/Digital Tools

Glitch Street is a Clothing Label I created in 2018, utilizing modern Sublimation and DTG printing processes. I currently have two online stores, selling these designs. Most of my designs are popular keywords or future aesthetics within these markets, and have a I have a tremendous amount of fun figuring out market trends based on random popular news. With new modern printing techniques, any color amount can be utilized on garments, allowing for rich and full designs without the legacy octopus process. These designs are typically started in Procreate on my Ipad, then Cinema 4D for any 3D render (if needed) and Photoshop for enhancements and final export to print format. I have also created Brush Packs for Procreate, selling on the Etsy Market, to give people obscure tools within the platform.

Commission Works available by Inquiry
I have been practicing in the Fine Arts and selling canvas works for over 20 years. I am still active with commissions in my hometown, and participate in large scale murals when I can fly down in the summertime. Most of my custom canvas can be viewed in Gallery Art Collections, Business Offices and Hilton Hotels, mostly in the Southern Region of the US. Recently, I participated in the Microsoft GIVE charity, selling two separate canvases, raising money for Seattle Art Schools.

"Audible Stellar Hypnotic Situations" A>S>H>S
Audio/Sound Designer & Turntablist

In the mid 2000’s, I was in a band called Audible Stellar Hypnotic Situations. A>S>H>S first started as a full Improv band, playing music festivals, venues and other miscellaneous live performances for many years. In 2006, we recorded and produced our debut album at Sugarhill Records in Houston TX. My role in the project was to narrate the Audio Atmospheres, and tell interesting stories using collected samples via Turntables (Scratch DJ).
